Auto shops generate waste in offices, waiting rooms, restrooms, break areas, service counters, and workspaces. We empty designated trash and recycling containers, replace liners as needed, and move waste to approved collection areas.

Automotive fluids, oil filters, batteries, tires, chemicals, hazardous materials, and regulated shop waste are not handled as ordinary trash unless specifically authorized and managed under the appropriate procedures.

Shop Floors

Shop floors experience constant exposure to dirt, dust, tire debris, metal particles, grease, and vehicle traffic. We sweep or clean designated shop floor areas according to the facility’s requirements and approved safety procedures.

Because oil, fuel, chemicals, and automotive fluids may require specialized handling, any spill cleanup or degreasing services should be identified and included in the cleaning agreement before work begins.

Work Bay Areas

Work bays can quickly collect dirt, debris, packaging, shop towels, dust, and residue around active service areas. We clean accessible floor areas and approved surfaces while avoiding tools, vehicle parts, diagnostic equipment, and active repair projects.

For safety reasons, we do not operate, move, raise, lower, disassemble, or clean internal mechanical components of lifts or automotive equipment. Cleaning around lifts is performed only when the equipment is secured and the area is approved for access.

Entry doors, office doors, restroom doors, and interior service doors experience frequent contact throughout the day. We clean accessible door surfaces, handles, push plates, frames, and glass panels.

Special attention is given to fingerprints, grease marks, smudges, and dirt around handles and high-contact areas.

Bay Doors

Service bay doors are exposed to vehicle exhaust, road dirt, dust, grease, and weather-related buildup. We can clean accessible interior and exterior door surfaces, lower panels, handles, windows, and surrounding areas as approved.

Bay door tracks, motors, springs, cables, and mechanical systems are not serviced or operated as part of routine cleaning. Detailed cleaning is completed only when doors are secured and safe access has been provided.
